1. Credits are digital goods · 积分为数字商品
Purchases on RooYun buy credits, a digital good used to run AI generation inside the service. Credits are delivered to your account immediately after payment and are non-refundable once credited.
在 RooYun 购买的是积分，用于在本服务内调用 AI 生成能力。积分在付款后立即到账，到账后不支持退款。
2. Failed generations are refunded in credits · 生成失败自动退回积分
If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. Every generation shows its price before you confirm it.
生成失败的，所用积分自动退回账户；每次生成前都会先显示价格，确认后才扣费。
3. Validity · 有效期
Some credit packs have a validity period, shown on the pack before you pay. Bonus credits can only be used for the models listed with them and expire on the date shown.
部分积分包设有有效期，付款前会在积分包上标明；赠送积分只能用于标注的模型，到期未用自动作废。
4. Payment problems · 支付问题
If you were charged but did not receive your credits, or were charged twice, email us at funengzhe@139.com and we will resolve it. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank: credits from a disputed payment are removed from your account while the dispute is open.
如付款后积分未到账，或被重复扣款，请发送邮件至 funengzhe@139.com，我们会尽快处理。向银行发起拒付前请先联系我们：拒付处理期间，该笔付款对应的积分会从账户中扣回。
